Saul was very polite and called before his scheduled arrival time so I wouldn't have to wait. He was prompt, courteous, and gave me a full explanation of what he was doing to remove the fungus from my crawlspace. Afterwords, he took the time to show me pictures and encouraged me to call If I had any questions or concerns. He was absolutely great!

My technician Ken Beeler was fantastic. He was very thorough in expecting my attic and also the exterior of my home as I have heard what I feel are wildlife noises. He took several photos and we discussed. The areas of concern were treated and we scheduled a follow up. Very satisfied.

Steven Wilson and Saul Camargo responded immediately to a follow up request and did a professional and performed a thorough evaluation of the problem and diligently addressed it. Communication was excellent and informative They were both professional and courteous, and expressed a willingness willing to follow up again to make sure that everything worked out to our satisfaction They are both a credit to the organization!

I’ve been using Terminix for a few years and have had a few different techs out. Top two are Saul and Caleb. They are not even in my immediate service area, but when they have come out, they do a very thorough job and make sure all my concerns are addressed. Both have a very friendly manner, call when they are on their way and take pictures to show the areas they checked out. Saul has been the go-to most recently and does a great job. I never know which tech is going to come until the day of, but when I get the call and it’s Saul, I’m happy to know a complete, full service job will be done that day!

I am really pleased with the service and professionalism of Terminix technician, Ken Beeler. He was thorough, careful, and pleasant in examining my attic, unfinished portions of my basement, and garage for signs of "critters". Even though it all looked good, he pointed out points of potential entry and showed me how to fix them, and in vulnerable spots he set traps - in case of mice do find their way in.

A very thorough visit regarding possible attic pests. Steve and Saul were knowledgeable and informative. Also, very courteous. They took care of the problem and also suggested the removal of insulation. We are not going to do that at this time, but appreciate the info.

Our service technician Vance is great. He communicates in person and via text about what will be done on the property that day. Our technician is a very nice man and explains everything to us. After our treatments our home is insect free.
