We have been using Eddie for years now after being very unhappy with the big corporate "subscription" based services with the dreaded evergreen clauses. My experiences with Eddie have been top notch- He provides great communication, follow through, and is very helpful and thorough in his services. Best of all- he offers competitive prices. Eddie is fantastic. After hearing and seeing some signs of potential rodents in our attic, I searched for a well-reviewed pest control company, and I decided to go with Jenkins Pest Solutions. I left a voicemail for Eddie and he quickly reached out to me later that day to talk more about my situation. He let me know upfront that he specializes in mice and rats, but that he would be happy to come out to have a look and provide recommendations at no cost. Eddie arrived on time on the date we agreed upon and quickly got to work inspecting our basement for any potential signs of mice and disturbance in our insulation. While outside, he quickly spotted the entry point on our roof where a critter had been coming and going, and identified it as some wildlife, potentially a raccoon. He gave us some recommendations for wildlife removal companies that he knows of and vouches for (in addition to some plumbers and electricians for other things we need worked on). Although our issue was outside Eddie's scope of specialty, I greatly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to come investigate and make recommendations, all at no cost. I highly recommend Eddie for anyone having problems with mice or rats! I won't hesitate to reach out to him again for his insight.

Jenkins Pest Solutions is a one stop shop for all your pest needs. We had a couple of issues and Eddie responded quickly and solved our issues right away. I found Eddie to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. Jenkins Pest solutions costs were more than reasonable vs other companies we had spoken to. Not that I want any pests, but glad we chose Jenkins Pest Control and Eddie to get the job done!

Eddie is a class act and his kindness goes above and beyond. We recently started having an issue with yellow jackets and called several places. Every other company refused to help without a monthly payment plan and was clearly pitching to get more money. Eddie made it clear he was going to figure out the issue without any hidden agenda or up charge. We didn’t realize he was cash/check only and offered to hold off on treatment. He was extremely understanding and worked with us. He clearly cares more about helping you and solving problems than anything else! We will be recommending Jenkins to anyone who asks. Even though we hope we never have pest issues in the future, I’m thankful to have Eddie if we do! Don’t bother looking elsewhere.
