GoodMonsters Pest Control

We've been with Good Monsters for a few months now and love the customer service. Most recently we've worked with Calvin, and he's always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We've emailed the office several times about one-off questions about pests, and they've always responded quickly. They go out of their way to make sure we're happy with the service and all of our questions are answered. Highly recommend the service!

Nicholas is very personable. He is thorough and I loved that he answered my questions about the bugs species that tend to dominate at this time of year. He explained that there is a ladybug lookalike that is an invasive species not like the ladybug they resemble. I was told to be on the lookout between Good Monsters visits and let them know if we see any of these creatures inside the home.

Ash is the greatest! We love this guy. Always responsive to our calls and very thorough and knowledgeable about pest problems. It would make us very happy if you give him a raise.

It's taken me awhile to put words to my experience. In a world where it seems humanity and business are kept separate, Ash was able to restore my faith in both. He was gentle, non-judgemental, compassionate, knowledgable, and authentic. For a moment, I forgot that I was struggling to keep things together, because I felt seen heard, and cared for. This company made the right move in hiring Ash, and whatever y'all are paying him, pl3ase pay him more. Thank you again for the services. I highly recommend this company that values human connection and community care.
