Cal Termite & Pest Control

I've been using CalTermite for a couple of years. Overall, everyone who works there is fantastic. The technicians are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My last tech, Nate, continued to uphold the standards set by the previous techs. I appreciated him taking the time to review my areas of concern and discuss the best solution. Another A+ visit!

Cal Termite is great! From the first phone call, everyone has been super friendly and easy to work with. They always try to fit me in around my schedule, which I really appreciate. Today my tech was Nate, and he was awesome.. super friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable letting him do his thing in my apartment. I even asked them to text or call me when they’re on the way and again when they’re done, and they’ve never forgotten. It’s such a small thing, but it shows they actually listen and care. Highly recommend them if you’re dealing with any pest issues. They’re reliable, super nice, and just make the whole process way less stressful.

Cal Termite has awesome customer service. They are very responsive and their prices are reasonable! So glad I found them. They came out and did a follow up visit when we were still seeing ants around the home! Nate is the best, so friendly and explained everything nicely.

Nate came and did a great job with spot termite treatment which was set up and paid by the seller of our new home. He was on time and got the job done within 30-35min…as promised…and is super sweet! Working with this company was easy.

For the past few years, Cal Termite has been our go-to for helping protect our home. They've assisted with pest removal and information to help us prevent future incident. The team is always responsive, polite and helpful. Nate's insight and expertise was appreciated in getting us an indoor treatment.

Cal Termite and pest control has been nothing but great! We called last minute and spoke with owner, Scott in panic about an ant infestation in our new home. He got someone out that day and within 24 hours they were 90% gone! We have them out quarterly per his recommendation and we’ve been pretty much ant/spider free for the last 6 months. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Nate for our service and he was great! Very professional and knowledgeable and great to chat with for a few mins before he got started. So many companies out there and I’m glad we are with Cal Termite and Pest control!

We recently had an ant problem and called in Cal Termite & Pest Control. Nate, the technician who came out was extremely polite, wore shoe covers without being asked (which we really appreciated!), and was just overall very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all our questions patiently. It’s only been a short time, so we’ll see in the next few days if the ants are fully gone, but the service and professionalism alone deserve 5 stars. Would definitely recommend based on our experience so far!
