They came out on short notice to provide a second opinion on a termite report that another company had mishandled, and their technician did a thorough, hands-on inspection of the area in question. They walked me through everything they were seeing, clearly explained why the marks in my water-heater closet were not wood-destroying insects (past or present), and issued an accurate report right away. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail saved me days of unnecessary stress during a real-estate transaction. I really appreciate how careful and straightforward they were. I've been using this company for several years and they care of my home. Trey comes out and sprays quarterly and no insects or wasps!!! Their prices are reasonable and when I call with a concern Annie listens to me and figures out best course of action. They're a dependable company. You won't go wrong with them!!!
