Nyeisha was so informative and friendly on the phone and eased my mind about my mouse problem. 2 days later Travon came to my house on time and was so awesome! He knew his stuff and pointed out the most likely source of how the mice were getting into my home. He spent quality time and I am happy I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan because they will come when I need them. They cover an array of critters. I haven’t seen a mouse in over a week. They came highly recommended and I see why!! 5 Stars!!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

The technician sent to my residence was so informative and explained what he was doing as he moved along. He was so kind and professional. The office staff was great. I cannot say enough good things about Ricardo and Suburban Pest Control. I have interviewed many pest control services to mitigate our carpet beetle issues. Most of them take a perfunctory look, talk about the service call and schedule an appointment. Ricardo went the extra mile. He examined every bug carcass, pulled out the stove where they had congregated, went behind to see if he could find the source. He closely examined the carcasses to determine the species and type. He went to examine a wooden piece of art for signs of insect damage. He went to each room of the house, turned over the rugs to see if they were wool or synthetic. He got on his hands and knees, moved the couch and found larvae of carpet beetles that were barely visible to the naked eye. He then went into each closet, examined the wool and silk garments for damage. He looked into the lining to see if there was damage. He got on his hands and knees with a flashlight to look at the baseboard to see if there were any signs of pest in the cracks. Ricardo was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. He treated our home as if it was his and our problems as if they were his. He truly went the extra mile to look into every nook and cranny, examining the carpets in all the rooms, the clothes in the closets to see if there were any signs of infestation or contamination. When you have an insect issue, it is as if one is going to war with the pests. Ricardo stands heads and shoulders above the competition. You would want him on your side in the war against the insects. I cannot say enough good things about Ricardo and Suburban. The competition is just in and out. Ricardo went the extra mile, going from room to room, closet to closet. He did not have to get on his hands and knees, move appliances and furniture. He takes pride in his work, is extremely knowledgeable, caring and customer service oriented. We are in the relationship business and appreciate his care and attention to detail. We’ve been using Suburban Pest for 10 years now and they’ve always delivered. Recently Mark has been helping w uninvited guests, he is professional and very knowledgeable explaining each step. Most important he’s kicking out the pests!

I have a yearly contract with Suburan Pet Control for over two years now. I can't say enough how happy I am with this company. From the friendly staff that answers the phone to my regular tech that comes to do my treatments. His name is Louis Vazquez. He is prompt and curious and calls me before he arrives. He is wonderful all around. Recently I had two bee's nest in my attic. I called and Louis was not available so they sent me another tech named Chobani Smith. Again another great technician!! He called me when he was on his way and arrived on time and removed both nests with care and professionalism.. I'm so happy I have a yearly contract with Suburban that covered the cost of the removal. But mostly I am so happy that I found such a great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.
