Harold and his team have been nothing short of Exceptional!!! We are truly grateful for their efforts in exceeding our expectation when it comes to the service they’ve provided. This is the first time our family has had issues with rodents and we immediately hired Terminex in our area and they sent out 3 different people to our home, also have not been back in over a month to check on progress nor returns any phone calls. Harold just came by for a second time within the week to make sure progress is being made and I personally could not feel more safe having him involved with our current issue. One of the best Pest Control companies, they have an excellent customer service from a friendly lady who answered all of my questions before setting up my appointment, to the technicians, Aaron and Steve who walked me through a step by step work they've done on my yard, they are very knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend them, their rates are very affordable too, I like the fact that it is a family owned business who certainly knows how to deal with a family's pest problems.
