Pillar Construction

We had a house fire on 10/1/23 and they still have not finished the project. There hack contractors used quickcrete to fill between the garage and driveway apron. Also areas where they rebuilt and sheet rocked nails are popping out, also corners on crown molding have quite a bit of filler. Quite a few more issues also. Our main issue was instead of fixing it they tried to say we owed them more money! We paid everything insurance portioned for them. Also quite a few paint dripping marks after the repainting. They were trying to strong arm us on this and take money for our personal property we were paid because they didn't want to fix there mess up. I'm hesitant to enter bad reviews because I'm the service work area but we have been ghosted for about 8 months now.

Pillar Construction did a great job getting our lower level back to better than new after we experienced a significant water leak and damage. It was a pleasure working with Leon as well as Sergey as the repair Team Leader.. I would highly recommend them.

Pillar ran point for us on an unusually complicated claim with our insurance company. The work was stellar and timely. It was also completely covered--but only after dogged follow-up by Leon--who made repeated, corrective calls to the insurer.

I was really happy with my service! They were friendly and flexible! The people that I worked with explained the steps in a very understandable way and were timely with their work. I would recommend Pillar to anyone who needs something done.

After the fire in my home, the firemen left a pamphlet and Pillar Construction was one of their recommended contractors. I called Pillar the next morning and Dan picked up right away. They came over that very day to give me a damage assessment. My insurance company, American Family, were also familiar with Pillar, and Pillar had their seal of approval. Dan and Jerrod, the foreman went straight to work. They were wonderful to work with. Jerrod was so careful to include me in all the stages of work. He did the most amazing makeover of my upstairs bathroom! I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much Pillar! I am so happy to back in my home now.

After our fire we contacted Pillar and we sat down with Dan and Jarrod in which they explain the entire process. Without hesitation they started our repair and did very high quality work. Would recommend them to anyone dealing with a home fire.

Chad Hansen and his crew were wonderful to work with. They helped us work through and attempt to trouble shoot an inconsistent water leak that damaged the entry ceiling of my clients condo. Without the excellent assistance and service from Pillar Construction we would not have been able to close the sale of my clients home. I worked with them and had great communication for two weeks, almost every day, while we got the issue resolved prior to closing. Call them if you need help because they will show up for you!
