If you are looking for an excellent company to serve your home for heating and air, electrical and plumbing, I can highly recommend Pioneer. My technician Daniel came yesterday and the day before to service my heating and air conditioner. I could’ve not asked for anyone any better than Daniel. He is excellent at his service. He is knowledgeable, very professional and took Time with me explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. What I liked most about Daniel was he was not in a rush. He didn’t try to sell me everything and he didn’t push for any particular service to be done. He sat down and explained to me what was wrong and gave me several options on how to fix it. He was extremely supportive And he was honest and regarding his work and findings and I will not use another company from now on. Thank you, Daniel for all you did for me and my home and thank you Pioneer for such an excellent employee who is over the top asset to your company. Nancy.

For some reason, the review page keeps taking me to Frogs plumbing. Wanted to make sure I’m in the right place. Boss man came out Thursday (2/13) after I called them to ask them to come bury my lines they left out because of flooding that would take place currently. They came with city codes and only did an inspection. Gave me my green sticker of approval then he said that someone would be here yesterday (2/14/25) to bury the lines. I waited all day. No one showed up. No calls, no texts, no emails. So now my yard is currently flooding like I warned him would happen. I’m extremely disappointed this time around with the services that should’ve been provided almost 2 weeks ago. Pictures below for my current situation. There is so much water being taken on that all the pipes are currently floating and the large pipe sticking up out of the ground seems to appear to be severely damaged. Thanks guys…

Please take my review seriously and consider another service provider for your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. I wanted to include as much detail as possible to communicate that Pioneer Home Services should not be trusted with your most valuable asset - your home. I spent $60,000 with Pioneer AND paid them for their yearly maintenance plan, only to find out that the work they did was incomplete, incorrect, and dangerous. I originally hired Pioneer in June 2023, after closing on my home. I knew I needed a list of work completed - HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. I liked the idea of using one company for all of these services, but this would be a huge mistake. All in all, my bill with Pioneer totaled $60,000. ***I now know that Pioneer is extremely expensive and overcharges by a huge margin. These prices were very inflated for the work and quality of work they completed.*** Fast forward to July 2025 and I discover mold around the registers of the BRAND NEW HVAC system. After a few visits to my home, it became clear that the problem was due to old ductwork in my crawlspace - ductwork that should have been replaced in 2023, that I paid to have replaced! Instead, Pioneer simply rewrapped the old ductwork in new insulation. What else did Pioneer do incorrectly? They touched every corner of my home. I ended up paying another company to inspect this work, at my own cost of $500, and they found so so much wrong. I never thought I would have to hire someone else to inspect the work I paid a professional to do. They found a laundry list - things I was charged for that I did not receive, as well as work that was done incorrectly. I know it can be hard to find a home services company in Nashville, and when your heat or air conditioning is out there’s a lot of urgency to get someone to your home ASAP, but do not call Pioneer. If you’ve had them do any work on your home, I would encourage you to get a second set of eyes on it.

Aaron is a very knowledgeable and great technician. He found the issue with our unit and was able to fix it. He was very professional and friendly. He also was great with our dog Rosie and made her happy. We would definitely have him come back. He knows what he's doing. Thank Aaron!

Customer service was awful. Techs did a fine job but days were incorrectly scheduled multiple times. Techs left after seeing a garden snake under the house and didn’t return to complete the work for 5 days when I had an exterminator out within an hour to identify the snake. Asked twice for a manager to call and never happened.

Brandon saved the day!! He helped us with a dining lamp install and did a stand up job! He even checked out the other outlets that have been giving us problems. We will definitely have him back. He's a great guy!!
