Pioneer Overhead Door Company

Steve and Austin were wonderful to work with…great communication and super personable. They did great work, and we absolutely LOVE our new garage door!

Had a spring fail trapping both cars in the garage. Called Pioneer Overhead door as they came up first on my search. I'm very happy that they did. Within the hour they had the door open and I was able to get the cars out. On inspection they noticed that the two springs were miss-matched. Not having the correct ones they said they'd be back first thing in the morning. They arrived exactly when they said and after only45 minutes all was fixed. They performed a thorough service too. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous service from the first phone call until all was done. I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer! Called and talked to Austin about a garage door opener installation I needed, he was very responsive with information and cost, answered many questions I had and was very helpful. Once the appt was made, received email and text with confirmations. Steve came for the appt on time (I also received an "on my way" text) - answered tons of questions, and quickly got to work. In no time at all he had installed the new opener, done some other basic maintenance on the door and track that was needed, and everything came in at quoted cost. If you are needing anything done with your garage door, call Pioneer, you won't regret it!

Steve and Austin are some amazing skilled professionals. From the very beginning of getting a quote - to the installation, we truly could not be more pleased with our AMAZING new door and BEAUTIFUL garage door opener. And I must add the logical bracing of the track. I am not sure how our other one lasted as long as it did. Steve and Austin clearly have put a lot of hard work and dedication into this business and the little details they pay attention to make us feel good about our decision and purchase. As a veteran, I greatly appreciate the fact they honor Veterans and it quite literally is the first thing you see on their web page. Excellent work guys. We are super grateful.

I accidentally backed into my garage door and crushed it and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Pioneer Overhead Door Company and they were able to come out right away. They quickly got the door open so I could get the car out and then secured it shut for safety. Instead of trying to upsell us on a whole new door, they honestly recommended just replacing the damaged panel. They ordered the part, installed it, repaired the damaged trim, and now the door looks brand new, and honestly opens and closes even more smoothly than before. The service team was kind, professional, fast, and honest. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but instead saved us thousands (a less than $2,000 panel vs. a $5,000 full replacement). That level of integrity and customer care really stood out. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. A bad situation turned out to be a great experience thanks to their professionalism and honesty.

Working with Steve and Austen was the best contractor interaction I have ever had. On time, communicative, great prices and super friendly. Look no further these guys are legit!!

Austin was amazing. This company took my call and was out the next day. I received their information from my friend who knows all the best companies in the area for every industry. They were extremely nice, very professional and that all came with a fair price. Absolutely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone that I hear needs help with their garage door. A+++ service!
