Pipe Techs Plumbing LLC

I had a sewer backup and the warranty provider directed me to Pipe Techs. They came out the day they were called. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. The work was done on time and as promised. Will likely work with these guys again! The only suggestion I have is slightly better communication - they actually showed up before their scheduled arrival, so I was lucky that I hadn't left for work.

I called my HOA manager about a leaking washer valve for a rental property. They sent Pipetechs to fix it. Pipetechs showed up to assess, but never repaired or fixed the problem! I understand that they were waiting for authorization, but the technician left without turning off the main water shutoff in the closet. They left the water leaking in my vacant home!! Unbelievable!! So unprofessional!! No communication other than an estimate! BTW - I accepted the repair estimate within 10 minutes of receiving it, and still no communication until 4 days later!

10/10 experience. Called on a Thursday to ask for Backflow testing to be done. Cindy answered my questions before I could ask them. Knowledgeable, nice and excellent customer service. She squeezed us in the very next day. It’s hard to find businesses that make things easy for you. Pipe Techs was not the first company I called but was the first to provide this level of service! Thank you!!

We had a leak in the waterline between the street in our house.Travis from Pipetechs solved the problem and was fantastic. Professional, timely, communicative. Highly recommended!

Pipe Tech was hired to address a plumbing issue in my apartment complex that initially seemed to be a simple leak. However, once Pipe Tech arrived, the situation rapidly escalated. Shockingly, the entire breezeway of my apartment became covered with urine and feces during their intervention. To make matters worse, the Pipe Tech employees left the scene and did not return for over an hour. Upon their return, they displayed a complete lack of apology and casually remarked, "that's the way the cookie crumbles." This nonchalant attitude in the face of a severe sanitation issue is unacceptable. Given this experience, I strongly advise against using this company. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties uploading videos to illustrate the extent of the problem. However, I intend to share these materials on social media as a warning to unsuspecting homeowners and renters about the potential hazards associated with Pipe Tech's services.

My service technician was a nice enough person but charged me $650 for a $200 job. These guys are crooks. I woud never hire them again. They not only overcharged me but the initial installation was done incorrectly. I would never recommend.

Poor customer service. I paid $240 for a job that only took them less than 30 minutes. It was after hours so I had agreed to the cost. Now 5 days later I am having the same issue and they want to charge me the same amount again. Being very greedy! Shame on you!
