Only 4-stars because they were late. Otherwise, I had a leaky sink and they fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price. The owner was very professional and easy to work with. I plan to have them out once more to install a fixture and will reevaluate my review based on both.

After an unexpected water line burst during the middle of our work week, we panicked and started making calls. Julio made us a priority and had a temporary fix on the same day with all the other work done within 48 hours! Very professional, reliable, and exceptional customer service.

We had Julio’s team do the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They were very accommodating to all of our changes. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Jam was contracted to repipe my house. From the beginning they stated they knew there were grounding issues in the house but did not include that in the estimate though that was necessary to pass any inspection for their job to be complete. They stuck us with that bill due to their own lack of foresight. I also had a speaker go missing while they were the only ones in and out of my house. As well as our fence one day appearing damaged and unable to close entirely - they denied responsibility but they were the only ones in and out for weeks. Would not recommend this headache.

Julio and the Jam Plumbing PDX Team are great to work with. The call and response times are fast and effective. I had a re-piping service performed with Pex piping replacement for the whole house and it was done for a great price with amazing service. I would recommend Jam Plumbing to anyone in need.
