I recently had Wilson Plumbing out to review a standpipe issue at my home, and I want to specifically recognize Michael Hall, the technician who provided the service and quote. Michael’s professionalism and demeanor were outstanding from start to finish. He was patient, kind, and incredibly thorough in explaining what he was seeing and what my options were. At no point did he use any pressure tactics, just honest, clear information that helped me understand the situation and make an informed decision. It’s rare these days to find customer service delivered with this level of care and integrity. Wilson Plumbing is fortunate to have someone like Michael representing their company. Highly recommend.

Overall I had a great experience. The repair costed more than I thought it would but they were able to diagnose the issue and have a repair man out within just a few days. 5/5 would recommend and use in the future

Jimmy was a true professional not to mention friendly and skilled at his job. As soon as he turned the furnace back on I could tell that the circulation in that room was back to normal - replacing the connection from the cold air return in the rec room to the furnace air intake solved the problem. I'm happy. Feel free to delete this part of the message after you read it. I have no wish to trash your reputation. I hired Wilson because I've never been disappointed with a recommendation from Angie. I thought the quoted price was really high but I thought that there might be a major problem to work around getting the pipe to fit through the wall into the furnace. Jimmy seemed to be under the same impression. He came in with a few feet of duct and several pieces of angled duct work to accommodate several changes in direction to get the pipe in the right position. It turned out that the connection couldn't have been easier. It took 7 inches of straight duct (Yes, 7 inches) to make the connection. If you charge $300 for a ~90 min service call then that 7 inches of pipe cost $115 per inch - over $800! There appears to have been a disconnect between the estimate and what actually needed to be done to fix the problem. I might hire Wilson again however I will insist on a 'line item' estimate showing exactly what will be done and what supplies will be necessary and a diagram of what things will look like when it's completed. I believe I was overcharged by half.

Ed came to evaluate a corroded main water valve and gave us an estimate for the repair. He also had several other vey helpful suggestions related to the proper water supply. Extremely professional! We are still evaluating our options and plan to get back to the company. Thank you so much!!

Wilson electricians installed 5 ceiling fans, hung 3 new decorative kitchen lamps, rewired 12 overhead lamps in the basement tied together on 2 room entry switches and installed a new 2nd fuse panel to support 3 new 20 amp lines for numerous wall outlets throughout the basement. The job was well executed in a timely manner by several gentlemen electricians and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work done. They were friendly, professional explained every step by step what they were planning to do they came back to talk to me show me what they have done. They put their booties onto their shoes so it will not mark up my floor. I recommend them 100% of had them for 2 years I think and I had no complaints

During an inspection of our furnace and air conditioner by Brian Easterling, he showed me the issues we had with the furnace. During last year’s inspection by Wes Nestor, he let us know we would be needing a new air conditioner. The air conditioner unit was 31 years old and needed a replacement. Stephen Powell met with us and reviewed our equipment situation and offered us options. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had and he took into consideration that we needed this work to be as soon as possible. Monday morning, November 3, 2025, Jimmy Ciotola and Tyler were here to replace and install a new furnace and air conditioner.
