While attempting to modify my irrigation system, I ended up breaking the heavily corroded old galvanized line to my house. I was able to patch it but needed a professional fix quickly. Angel from Big Brothers plumbing came out the very next morning, provided me a reasonable estimate, and started the work that same day. And when it turned out they didn’t need to replace some of the pipe that had been earmarked for replacement, Angel was honest about it and saved me a couple thousand dollars. That kind of integrity you don’t see often. They finished the job in few hours and did great work. Shout out to Luis and Ruben as well. Highly recommend these guys, they are great people!

Angel was amazing! Very calm & professional compared to me who was in a panic over a failed water heater w/water everywhere. Angel was very clear about the costs & came out the same day. Ruben & Jesus installed the new water heater the same day I called & passed the city’s permit inspection the next day, no problems at all. Angel also gave me great advice on a new faucet for my bathroom. Would definitely use this company again! I felt well taken care of & really appreciated their speed & quality of service. Thanks!

Jesus Espinoza came to our apartment to fix faucet in the kitchen and he did an excellent job. We had issue with our faucet for few days. Now we are relieved and didn’t have to worry about the water leakage from our faucet anymore. Couldn’t ask for better plumber than Jesus Espinoza.

Called in to Big Brother because our relatively new Navien tankless heater stopped working late last night. After setting up a same day appointment, Sarai followed up with me and asked me to check a few things with my gas & earthquake valve, which ended up being the cause of the issue. She saved me time, money, and a headache by helping me troubleshoot and fix the issue before the appointment even took place. I cannot rave enough about the assistance and communication provided!

Two days ago,my shower broke, and there was a water leak.Based on a previous bad experience, I didn't want to use an online service request. Instead, I drove to the nearest Home Depot to try my luck finding a plumber. With in two minutes parking I saw a professional plumber's van pull in to the lot.I immediately approached the van, and that's when I met Angel. I can't say enough about how well he treated me.That same afternoon, he sent Ruben, who quickly fixed my shower issue. They were both highly professional and trustworthy.
