Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joseph did such an amazing job today! We had our water heater tank clogged which prevented it from igniting and he identified the problem quickly, cleaned everything and got it back to work. He also inspected a few more things around the house and pointed the issue with shutoff system missing which was not up to code with SoCalGas and he was able to fix that on the spot too for us. We are so grateful! Keep up the good work team

Josh at Roto Rooter was great. He arrived quickly, within an hour, after dark. He cleared a clogged kitchen sink and had to run to Home Depot to get us a new disposal, too. It was all done quickly and professionally, we appreciated his help so much.

Terrific service, wildly fast response time (seriously, they were at my home within hours of my call) and did a great job explaining our options as the owners of a 100+ year old home. My first time using Roto Rooter in years and their good name certainly seems well earned. Highly recommend.

I know Roto Rooter sounds a bit old school from decades ago but because they've been around for decades, they seriously know what they're doing. Never have i had an issue with their workmanship and professionalism. Plumbing isn't something you want a discount in but rather quality work, trust me they back themselves up with warranties but never have i ever used it. They do quality work hands down. Better than the local plumbing services because I've compared their workmanship. Roto Rooter beats them out. Give them an opportunity.

Eduardo came in and did a great job repairing and explaining everything. Only issue I faced was getting someone to assist me. I was supposed to get someone to come in at 10am and someone didn’t come in until 3pm. the dispatcher kept delaying someone to come on multiple occasions even after I confirmed and called. I had no problem waiting because it was an issue I needed to get fixed but I waited 5 hours for someone to come in. If I had known I would’ve gone with another company to begin with.

Noah did an amazing job. Dwayne had worked hard all day finding the plumbing problem and documenting what needed to happen. As he was removing the toilet he discovered our shut off was broken and leaking also. Dwayne sent for Noah who came and repaired the shut off next to the toilet. He was fast and efficient. Both gentleman were kind, explaining everything as they went. They worked hard and completed what needed to be done as completely as possible. We are extremely satisfied a as d these experts were perfect representatives of your company.

Joseph is courteous and professional. He stated all the options and offers to lower the service rate. He is clean and thorough with his work. I didn’t see any dirt or mess after his work. Awesome job!
