I call the company for a leak in my bathroom. I was surprised by the service and quality, the manager, Mr. Haraldo, was extremely friendly and explained the entire process necessary for the repair. I had already called another professional and was frustrated with the situation, but the Rapid Pro team did a wonderful job. I ended up hiring the company to carry out a review on my air conditioning and was once again surprised by the speed and quality of the service provided. I really recommend the company

I contacted the company and on the same day they came and repaired my air conditioning, they were very transparent and polite and the service was fast. I recommend this company.

We had a broken water pipe behind the toilet. We called Rapid Pro Services, but when John answered, he was unhelpful. He didn't bother asking for a picture or video of the problem and showed no urgency. He took forever to fix the issue, and it still doesn’t seem right. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
