The guys did a great job replacing our water heater. Be aware of the cost!!! It was a big surprise when I received the invoice! Labor for two guys was extremely high, $840!! Said it took 3-1/2 hours to install. That must have included the time it took to go get the water heater and parts needed. All I know is after the fees added came to over $2000….crazy to us!
Allen’s provides exceptional service, with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Austin and his team are fast and accurate, and have taken wonderful care of my all my commercial needs. 10/10 would recommend 10 times over!

I'm a manager with Ashley Furniture and we've been dealing with other companies for years to fix our AC units that are very old and on their last leg. Mark Mendoza was sent out to assist us with the extreme heat and AC units down making us and our customers uncomfortable. He worked very hard to get what he could going and on and the temp in our store has drastically changed making it more comfortable for us all. Thank you Mark and team for helping us get our store back to a comfortable level and I appreciate your help and informing us of all the issues and updates!
Kellen and Taylor installed a giant refrigerator for us. They did a fantastic job. It was a very difficult task getting it together and perfect and they got it done.
The reason I contacted them was I was looking for Bolton Electric. Allen's had purchased them. I'm glad they were available for an urgent need, but I was billed for 6 man hours inaccurately. 3 max. They acted like union workers. They found the problem & fixed it, but left the wires exposed w/ no cover. Not contacting them again.
