Stephens Plumbing & Heating

I had a great experience with Stephens Plumbing and will be a returning customer when I need plumbers again. When my water pressure was high, I reached out and received a response the same day. Two friendly and professional plumbers (Jake and AJ) came the next day. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did for the service because I thought the pressure reducing valve would need to be replaced, but the plumbers tested it carefully and assured me that it was still working. They carefully explored and tested for the culprit of the high water pressure and eventually discovered pebbles in the check valve next to the PRV! They took their time and were very patient with my questions. While they were there, I offhandedly mentioned that I was anxious that I could not find my in-home water turnoff valves for my hoses, to turn them off for winter (new-to-me house). They located one in a location I never would have checked (a corner of the basement under a ceiling panel) and discovered that the other had been sealed off when an expansion had been added to the house. They installed one for me while they were there! The price of the water pressure fix and the shutoff valve installation together were still less than I had originally expected to pay. These plumbers will not try to sell you on options you don't need and will explore the less expensive possibilities before replacing parts. I highly recommend them.

Great service is hard to find these days, with the exception of Stephen’s Plumbing. We had an emergency situation and their schedule was booked, however the owner fit me in within 2 hours. AJ was our assigned plumber and he was professional and resolved our problems to our total satisfaction. I would highly recommend Stephen’s Plumbing! Greg M - Getzville, NY

I had major outdoor sewer issues. Stephens plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. They diagnosed the problem and made a few suggestions that I followed up on. Their expert knowledge was top notch and they just finished a very large (for me) new sewer install. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Also they were very kind and answered all of my questions, + my neighbors questions. Couldn’t recommended them enough. If you have pluming problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

I told them I needed a new toilet. Turns out that AJ and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name) were able to fix the problem for about 1/4 of the price. This isn't the first time I've used them and it sure won't be the last! Professional, kind, respectful, honest and trustworthy!

Called to make an appointment . Plumber came to location and called me when I was on phone. Called back in 2 min but he was gone and told me can not be back till next week.

Our backflow preventer sprung a bad leak at our business. Stephens Plumbing was here and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Ken and Bob were very nice to deal with. Professional, efficient and reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for plumbing needs.

Really great service. Very easy to schedule with and very punctual. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen. Both the plumber I spoke to on the phone and the one who came out addressed our concerns completely. We had other companies wanting to do thousands of dollars of work. Stephens was extremely thorough and explained to me what the problem was after running the camera. If there is a major problem in the future they will be my first call.
