I am so glad I contacted DMV Renovation. After 7 years of having tenants at my condo my place needed a lot of work. After getting different estimates from different companies I decided to go with DMV Renovation. The communication, professionalism, price, understanding of what I wanted and needed was amazing! They kept me posted every step of the way including sending pictures to a portal I logged into to see what they had done each day. They even provided great ideas on how I could save money with the renovation. The before and after was incredible. The paint, kitchen, bathroom tiles, closets, balcony, light fixtures, wood floors, looked incredible after they were done. DMV Renovation did an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen. Julio was fantastic to work with start to finish. He was always available for questions, worked to understand our vision, and always kept price in mind. We were particularly impressed with the beautiful tilework and innovation he brought to our tricky bathroom set up and problem solving when removing our kitchen bulkhead. His team was hardworking, always considerate, and delivered on the quality promised. He was also quick. We didn't have to wait too long to start or for the work to be complete. We could not have been happier and the pictures prove it!

I was working on a whole house remodeling project in the DMV area when I met Julio. I have had to fire two incompetent contractors, he was my third contractor on the project and I was very nervous after my experience with other contractors. He took on my project like it was his own and he completed my project within a very reasonable time frame. I have been a real estate investor for 6 years and Julio is by far the most trustworthy, competent and reliable contractor I have ever worked with and I absolutely look forward to working with him again. This company has no regard for the neighborhood that they work in. They have been remodeling a local home for the better part of one year. It has looked trashy from day one. They bring in trucks from other worksites and overfill the dumpsters, leaving them that way for weeks while everything blows all over the neighborhood. I have had to replace two tires in the last six months because of nail punctures, which I don't think is simply a coincidence. If you value your relationship with your neighbors I would not recommend this group. The photos posted are not just what the site looks like occasionally on a bad day, they are what it has looked like for the last year.

This company will steal money from you any way possible. You agree to a budget and they will either attempt to exceed it and make up additional work or even just pocket the money for work performed under budget. The workmanship is very poor, there is no planning done by the team, and the entire team is very unprofessional. Save yourself a trip to court - don’t work with these people.

Antonio and his crew are amazing. They went fine beyond in addressing the Water leak that we had. They were timely and responsive and extremely respectful. I’m extremely happy with the service they provided. The pricing was also highly competitive thank you.
