Within an hour of reaching out to Ernie’s Plumbing I had a knock at my door!!! Gary Blakely was sent to provide an estimate to replace my irrigation double check valve. The estimate was fair and reasonable so he scheduled me for first thing the next day!! He arrived on time and did an amazing job well within the estimated time. I would highly recommend Ernie’s Plumbing and especially Gary Blakely for your plumbing needs!!! Before and after photos provided

" Buyer Beware!! " We had Ernie's Plumbing do scan of the sewage pipes because of a recurring clog. After the video scan that gave use the estimate here attached. It was VERY expensive (as you can see) so I asked for a copy of the video we paid for and they said "we do not supply copies of our scans." That was an immediate red flag! I called another plumbing company (LD Plumbing) and they said they could do a scan of the system and would provide a video with an explanation of what was found. They cane out and did the complete scan and said there was a MINOR problem, showed us the scan and said they could fix it for $450!! They did fix it for $450 not $3000 OR MORE!! (2) Response to the owner's (Ernie) reply. (A) I spoke at length to Michael the plumber who did the scan and he said they do not supply copies of the scan to customers, I called the office number and they confirmed to me that they do not supply copies of the scan to customers. (B) Justin did NOT stand over Michael and watch the scan. (C) Michael the plumber went into a long description of how laborious the repair would be to fix the dual clean out and even sent me a picture of what they would use to do the repair (see the picture). That is what we were quoted $3000 to replace! (D) LD Plumbing came out and did a full scan of the entire pipe system inside the home and outside. Came back and said there is only one minor problem which was that the dual clean out had slipped off the pipe and provided us with a picture (see the picture) and the repair would be quick and they would do it for $450! (E) They did the complete repair (NO BANDAID) using exactly the same item that Michael showed me in the picture he sent. (See the picture of the FULL REPAIR!) Once again I say BUYER BEWARE!

OMG! My experience with Ernie’s Plumbing was prompt, professional and done with accuracy. Robert the Technician, was friendly but all business. He explained what needed to be done and then told me ‘why.’ I loved the facts and his sense of confidence. He did what he said and after a week of NO HOT WATER…I will be fired up for the holidays. Austin was knowledgeable, professional, and made excellent recommendations for my bath and kitchen. I originally called to replace the disposal, and ended up also replacing the kitchen and bath faucets plus shower head. I am so pleased with the results. I am a very satisfied customer of Ernie’s Plumbing. It is my pleasure to post about Technician’s Robert and Sam. They are customer satisfaction oriented with the best service. I have used Ernie’s over the past several years and will not hire anyone else to do the work needed in my home. The great thing is the fact that employee turnover is almost non existent, so when I request service the technician’s have been to my home prior. I have heard that Ernie’s plumbing is expensive, in my book cost is not a huge factor and costs are presented in a way that I understand what needs to be done and why. I have not looked at other plumbing companies and why should I when I have the best. Ernie’s does a call back on the work that is completed. Highly recommend Ernie’s Plumbing, technician’s Sam and Robert. Also, shut out to Lisa for her assistance in dispatching my service calls immediately and listening to my concerns. I hope when Ernie reads my customer review that he follows up with a great dinner at Ruth Chris Steakhouse for Sam, Robert and spouses. Excellent customer service is sometimes difficult to find these days. Huge thank you to Ernie’s, Robert and Sam!

Sam R came out today, and on time! He quickly diagnosed the problem with one of our toilets. He offered helpful suggestions. While he was here, I asked him to check another toilet that had been acting oddly. He fixed both toilets. He’s an Extremely Nice Guy & obviously knows his trade thoroughly! Would highly recommend him & Ernie’s Plumbing time and again! We’ve used this company (unfortunately) many times! We’ve always been very pleased with their services! And especially Sam! Ernie’s plumbing never disappoints. They honor all guarantees. I had my master bath faucets repaired 2/22/2025, and one faucet was leaking. Ernie’s plumbing was able to send Greg out to do the repairs expediently! Thank you for a quick response and repair.
