They handled a stressful situation with ease and got everything repaired efficiently and correctly. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. This company came through a Home Warranty Service through Select Home Warranty (HWS) I used to obtain coverage for a repair that I needed. I assumed the HWS covered the charges for labor. Unfortunately, they did not. He charged $150 for labor for repair that took less than 30 minutes. On top of that he charged extra for using a credit card and rounded the amount up which drove up the price. If he had warned me ahead of time before arriving to the property, I would have reconsidered having the service.

I would highly recommend Dupage Home Service To anyone in need of plumbing work. The guys showed up quickly and gave me options for the quote and then returned the following day to complete the job. They were very professional and very knowledgeable and I will definitely use these guys again. I really can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the two workers that were here today. C. Tim & Dylan were great! Courteous, clean, efficient and fair priced. We were surprised at how timely everything was done including Tim’s first visit for just quotes on multiple big and small jobs.
