Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Unfortunately, the maintenance team responsible for my complex did not respond to my repeated requests for assistance until I expressed strong frustration. Once they finally called Roto-Rooter for after-hours service, the technician arrived promptly and handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. He efficiently repaired the faucet that had been running for days, resolving the issue quickly and courteously. Although I misplaced the card with his name and number, I want to express my sincere appreciation for his excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend both him and Roto-Rooter to anyone in need of reliable plumbing solutions.

Barry came out on a Saturday morning within two hours of calling. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the sewer line cleaned out in less than an hour. He was so personable and a real pleasure to work with and very professional. His Scottish accent and enthusiasm for the upcoming World Cup Soccer games was an added bonus. This company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated team member. Would definitely use them again.
