I needed to have 2 New Toilets changed out and after looking at the good reviews, I decided to give Can Do Crew Plumbing a call. The person scheduling my appointment was very friendly and courteous. I was scheduled for 12-2 the next day. I received emails and text informing me of my appointment as well as who the technician would be. JB was our assigned technician and he showed up on time being very professional and courteous. JB went to work right away removing the old toilets. JB cleaned the area and replaced the new toilets in a timely manner. He was very careful while doing his work and did not rush the job. Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon called and had someone scheduled for Sunday but was called Saturday morning that they could come out and do an evaluation. Jason came out saw the unit and made several recommendations and explained the different types of water heaters that they offered and called to see if they had in stock n which they did. Said he could have a team out on Sunday. Later in the morning called and said he didn’t want me to go without hot water and that he could have someone come out in about an hour if that was ok. Said was perfect and they came out and installed the new unit same day. Jason was a great help and was very professional and knowledgeable about the types of water heaters and what would be best for us. I highly recommend anyone needing any HVAC, plumbing and any need to give Jason and the can do crew a call. You will not be disappointed

Jason was very professional. He had another co-worker there I don't recall his name. But both of them were very professional and kept their cool LOL, despite the major work that had to be done. I know I would have blown my lid, but Jason and his coworker tackled the job and got it done. They both went above and beyond to do the work. Highly recommend them. Whatever you're paying them, double it, you got some good workers here. Here's the new and old water.

We had a large clog/item stuck in our toilet. I attempted to get it out or break through m, but wasn’t successful. Derek arrived, very professional and confident in his trade and skills. His communication regarding the steps he would take and may have to take if the first steps didn’t work, were clear and understandable. Derek is hard working, determined, very friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me on things I didn’t know which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend this company and of course Derek. We needed our HVAC and thermostat repaired and serviced and Brandon did an excellent job. He took care to make sure that we had a good understanding of what he was doing and how we could say money in the future. He was very friendly and professional, very put together. I was very comfortable with him in my home. I have to give. We have to give Brandon and the Can Do. Co, an A++++++++. Anthony came back Monday to finish the job and he was as nice and professional as Brandon!! Definitely glad we chose this company, your employees are top notch!! Jason came out for a broken faucet, told us he couldn’t fix it and gave us an honest estimate on a new faucet and work hours. My husband is putting in the faucet himself, but Jason was professional and friendly.

I had a great experience with Can Do Crew and my tech Edgar. He was super friendly upfront and walked me through everything he was checking. He found a few issues and explained what needed attention first without trying to upsell me or pressure me into costly repairs . As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated the honesty.
