Plumbing 911

As a first time caller to Plumbing 911, I was pleased to book next day service for repair of 2 toilets with different problems. What seemed like a straight forward solution was anything but. Shane Duncan came up with an ingenious solution and gave us a perfect result. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to give the customer satisfaction.

I needed some plumbing done , and called Pluming 911 based on reviews. They did not disappoint. The Technician that came to my home was Josh. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and I was given a quote. He then completed all the repairs in a timely manner. He arrived on time, and I provided a photo ahead of his arrival, so that I knew exactly who was coming to do the work. Very organized company from scheduling to finished work. Would definitely call them again if needed.

I found Plumbing 911 via google after initially calling another trusted plumber. They couldn’t squeeze me in the next day. I’d never heard of Plumbing 911, but since it was an emergency and the first search return I called. Brandon showed up at 8:15 ready to work. He was very polite and worked efficiently and cleanly. Through his work he answered all my questions which led to him future proofing by adding a vent to the kitchen sink which he’d just unclogged. He never seemed rushed and focused solely on the job at hand. I offered to have a return trip done, but he says he doesn’t have any jobs assigned until he finishes the one he has. It’s such great customer service to feel like you’re the only customer when I’m clearly not. I have found a new "go to" plumber in the future! Thanks Plumbing 911!

Very courteous ,answered all questions, knowledgeable, arrived 25 min after calling. Gave VA disabled discount. Smooth experience. Fast repair , excellent response time. Price seemed reasonable but not sure because I did compare or seek any quotes. Peace of mind as a disabled person. Brandon was a great tech.

Tim was extremely professional, he was an excellent plumber, he explained everything as he was doing it, gave us options, and fixed what needed to be fixed. He was a great guy. He was excellent at his profession and knew exactly what we needed and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently! First time time in our new home needing a plumber, we would not call anyone else. We are extremely blessed and happy with Tim and the company as a whole.

Excellent service. Came out same day. I had a some damage done to an outside water spigot from work done on my siding. Josh replaced it and added a turn off valve in my basement for my water. He was very respectful and kind. Highly recommend their services.
