My 60 yr old mainline exterior copper pipe cracked and flooded my basement through a window well. What a mess! I was out of town when it happened. Water service company turned off water at meter but it had been leaking for days. I got 4 quotes for either repair or replacement. Kenny and Sam responded quickly and excavated the site and found the crack where the copper pipe entered the foundation. They did a spot repair with PEX pipe and replaced the shut-off valve inside the house. After seeing how corroded the copper pipe was, I decided to have the 30 ft copper line replaced with PEX. They explained the pros and cons and were good guys, not high pressure sales types. Very credible. The next day they came back and replaced the copper main line from the house to the meter. They tunneled under my front sidewalk and didn't have to cut the concrete. They were careful to have the gas pipe mapped and avoid digging it its line. Very efficient. Total 5-star experience - very professional; know what they're doing; responsive; and very competitive price. Highly recommend.

We recently had a leak in a shower that the first plumber we called made worse so that there was actually water dripping onto the ceiling behind the drywall below. It was a mess when we came home and recognized the water damage and knew it had to be from that. We gave Sam and Kenny a call and they came by to check it out, said they could help, were quick and fair with their estimate and got right to work. They did an outstanding job every step of the way. They were responsive, professional and clearly very experienced. They explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. They gave us a reasonable and accurate estimate, and finished the work in 2 days. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly to anyone needing plumbing work.

Newline pipe solutions came out for my leaky gas water heater and Sam came out and gave me a few option to either replace the tank or go with an in demand tankless water heater. We went with the tankless installation which we are beyond happy with, we never run out of hot water and in our utility closet he clean up a lot of space for storage. We found a plumber for life, thank you so much for your guys help!

They came out on the day and time they promised, took photos of the work they were doing, explained the work they had done, and even sent met photos of the project once it had been completed.
