Fixt Plumbing, Drains and Water Heaters

I have used this company for different reasons and they’ve been wonderful each time. They’re always professional friendly, and helpful. They even take time to answer my questions. This time I had a leaky water heater. I called in the morning time and they sent Zane and Joshua out within a couple of hours. They both were super nice, knowledgeable, and were able to replace the heater within a few hours. I plan on using this company for future repairs/projects.

We had Zane and Josh at our home to complete some work in our kitchen and outdoor spigot. They were both very professional and great to work with. They definitely knew their stuff and provided a few different options for us. Would be happy to utilize them again for any needs we have. Great company overall with great communication and they were very efficient with their time.

Its not easy picking a plumber, there are lots of options but I landed on Fixt due to the excellent reviews. I called at 8:05am yesterday, talked to an exceptionally friendly woman, provided my info and issue regarding my water heater and was told I was on the books for service by noon. I got off that phone call and thought to myself wow that is one of the friendliest people that has ever answered the phone at a business like this. I then went about my day working, pretty content that I had probably picked the right plumber if they had someone like that answering the phones. About 1pm my wife who was at home contacted me and asked what was going on with the plumber coming out? I had completely forgotten about it. I double checked I had no missed calls and I didn't so I called Fixt again and talked to Stacy at 130pm, not sure if it was the same person as in the morning but she was friendly as well. I thought it was a little odd after telling her what happened because she just asked for my name and number and told me a manager would call me. I wasn't mad, I really just wanted to know when they would send someone out but that is the direction she took the call. At 3pm I still hadn't heard anything. I wasn't looking forward to another cold shower again so I debated do I call Fixt back? No, I decided. I don't know what was going on but the opportunity had passed, clearly I wasn't a priority. I called another plumber at 3pm instead that is well reviewed as well, they were at my house at 330 and had my water heater relit. Today they are replacing it, its time and we've had issues before. I still have never heard back from Fixt though I don't need to at this point as we've gone another direction.

Did good, quick work but took advantage of me and over charged me for the service. Even the other employee was shocked when he heard the price. Originally he said $350 to $400, then came back after looking and said $750! This was to replace a flange and reinstall the toilet. When I seem shocked, he dropped it by $50. Unfortunate because their work was great and they responded quickly but not trustworthy on pricing. UPDATE TO REVIEW 7.11.23: Josh reached out. He corrected the mistake that was made on the invoicing/pricing and refunded the part that was wrong! Thank you Josh! Your focus to do the right thing, ability to recognize that a mistake was made and correcting it will keep me as a customer. It's rare a company wants to do the right thing! Thank you again!

The owner, Josh, always does quality work and is very knowledgeable. I can relay on him to do a quality job the first time. He's also come up with innovative solutions to a couple of my "plumbing" problems. Highly recommend. Used them again today, this time on a toilet repair (2/27/2023). Zane and Josh did a great job. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and well and they left everything neat and clean. Thanks! Used them again today, this time on a clogged drain (5/10/2024). Josh and Zane again did a great job. As usual, very professional and very quick. Thanks!

Josh and Zach showed up the next day as our shower and toilets were backed up. We had a collapsed line in the back and they got it replaced quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Very communicative and took care of us every step of the way. Highly recommend.

We had a reserve tank for our well installed along with a circulating hot water system. If that wasn't enough we had an automatic water shut off valve installed. They were wonderful. They worked consistently through the day. Explained every detail of the systems. afterwards we had more questions they went above the necessary time to assist us. They were great! Joshua is every professional. Thank you guys.
