Kevin was very prompt. I had a plugged up gutter drain that ran underground from my house to the street. He was here about 3 hours. He explained everything. He was very thorough. He made sure everything was working before he left. He said that I have a year warranty so if anything should happen, he'll come back and fix it. His price was reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Kevin came to the rescue on a Saturday and fixed my washer faucet after it was leaking. He was polite, quick and even checked on my washers functionality after the repair so I would have no issues getting back to chores.

I rarely leave reviews, but feel compelled to for Kevin Bell at Boise Drain Service. We had to have emergency service from another plumber to open a sewer line with roots, but we still had some blockage. I called Kevin and he was transparent with his pricing and came out to jet the line and finish the job. Based on the sewer camera work he did, Kevin figured out (when other plumbers did not) that the blockage is on the City of Boise side of the property line. The City confirmed that and will fix the problem and I can submit a claim on the original emergency fix since that was the City problem. Kevin not only has very reasonable prices, but saved me a bunch of money as well!

Fantastic service! Kevin came out on a Sunday when our sewer line was backed up. Cleaned it out and check the rest of the drains to make sure there wasn’t any leaks. Would recommend to anyone.

Short and sweet. Kevin showed up at 8pm, how’s that for dedication? Took him all of 10 minutes to unclog the kitchen sink, AND he showed me how I could do it myself in the future. I have no problem rating these guys a 5 and would call them again in a heartbeat.
