We are extremely happy with Drake Mechanical and our Technician Kevin, who assisted us in a tremendously stressful time when our AC Unit had suddenly Failed which opened a can of worms, a trickle down effect leading to a slew of other issues under our home that were completely unexpected and unbeknownst to us. He was kind enough to stop by pm his way home after a long day at work. He walked us through what our best options were, recommending only what we needed explaining everything with such professionalism and care ensuringall our questionsand concerns were answered. When the job hit a standstill due to unexpected complications, resulting in other companies being needed before the work could move forward and the heat rising to 100° being extremely sensitive to heat myself, Kevin brought me a Portable AC to use until the job could be completed to alleviate any medical stress. He saved my Life! I can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for Kevin's assistance. His kindness and thoroughness is unmeasurable during this process from start to finish. We recently hired Drake Mechanical to inspect and repair the radiant heat system in our shop. From the beginning, they were prompt and professional. They arrived when they said they would and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Kevin and his assistant worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. We have used Drake Mechanical for the last five years for HVAC maintenance and are a member of their Duck Club which provides discounted services. They have always been prompt and accurate with inspections, services, and repairs. When our 20 year old air conditioner stopped working in 100 degree weather, we called Drake and they came out quickly during a very busy time of year. We decided to install a new HVAC system and water heater, in addition to duct work for the new system to better operate in our two story home. Bryce did a great job providing his knowledgeable advice and with in a week, our new system was install and works so much better than our original system ever did. We also appreciated TJ, the service manager, who provided us with a detailed invoice and warranty information. In addition, we received a member and cash payment discount off our total bill that lowered the cost by quite a bit. We recommend Drake Mechanical and are very happy with their customer service!

I had a very positive HVAC experience. Drake provided prompt and responsive service, and fair pricing. I had an unrelated plumbing problem a few days later and I felt confident that I could call Drake for that issue and receive the same high-quality service. Which I did.

Drake Mechanical was great to work with. We didn't have any A/c at the start of the summer heat and they were quick to respond with a quote and getting us onto their schedule ASAP. Bryce and Mike were very fast and got our entire install done in one day. They even stayed late to make sure that they could get it done so we didn't have to go another night with no air conditioning. Drake does great work and we will continue to work with them and recommend them in the future. The price was very fair and they offered us great financing options as well. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I have not had the pleasure of using there services or any other HVAC style company but from what two of my friends that used them they were very impressed with how the presented what they were going to do and all the details that goes with keeping you cool/ warm and running water so give drake a call.
