Great company. It was on a Sunday morning and we had a major kitchen sink/nearby wet bar, and nearby washing matchine backup. I expected it to be a blocked pipe somewhere. Called this Veteran-owned company , he answered, he got things started to get one of his guy to my home... instead of having a day of me trying to fix something I know nothing about, Bossier Elite Plumbing showed up and made my day.... great, professional service with a smile. The other guys I called DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS... Thanks Bossier elite plumbing..

The guys were prompt and service was good. I did have an issue with their pricing of the "Descaling" service which they claim will "smooth" out the pipes so they will minimize the chances of it clogging again. The charge was $1,250. When asked why so much for less than 30 minutes of work, I was told it was because the machine they use "costs $25,000". I'm not sure what to make of that explanation. But, it is what is. Just be careful. Service and communication were good

I found the best plumber!!! It started with randomly calling for a plumbing issue. I met the owner, Derrick Reynolds, on the phone. Had such a pleasant and friendly conversation for about 15" and scheduled my service appointment for the next day (no extra charge on the weekend). The technician, James Clarkston, arrived promptly post a text & email reminder. He was so professional, friendly, helpful and very informative. James gave us an up front price and even helped with another minor issue. He was efficient and quick! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!! Thank you Derrick and James!!!!

We needed our water heater replaced. Today. Not tomorrow, or next week. I called quite a few plumbers in the area to get pricing and installation times. From the first contact with Derek at Bossier Elite, I knew I was going to use them and didn't need to make anymore calls. From that first initial contact with Derek, to setting up the specifics with Kim, to Nathaniel showing up to do the replacement, the whole process was smooth, efficient, and less than four hours! It's always nice when you find a company that still has great customer service and friendly voices on the phone that answer questions easily and actually listen to your concerns. We will use Bossier Elite Plumbing for any plumbing needs we have in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services.

If there were 10 stars available, I would give them a10!! Derrick and Cliff were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Within the matter of a few hours after calling, I had my new water heater installed. Amazing!! Will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs... You won't be disappointed.
