Celco Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent from start to finish. My old combi boiler needed replacement. Scott came out on a Saturday afternoon for an inspection and provided a detailed, transparent estimate with multiple options the next morning. They were responsive, courteous, and never pushy, with competitive pricing. Dan and the installation crew were on time, clean, and professional. I also appreciate their 2-year labor warranty and 24/7 service if any issues arise. Highly recommend!

Shopping around for new central air is honestly stressful — every company tells you something different, prices are all over the place, and it’s tough to know who to trust. After talking to a few places, we finally found Celco Air Conditioning and Heating in Bridgeport, CT and the difference was immediate. Nick Zdru the lead technician, is truly an asset to this company. From the moment he walked in, he made us feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. People like that are rare. He was assisted by Eric who was also fantastic. And let me add — both of them deserve a medal for their patience with my mom. She’s a little neurotic (in the sweetest way) and very picky, and she was basically on their asses the whole time… but in a loving, mom kind of way. Not once did they get annoyed. They stayed kind, calm, patient, and kept reassuring her every step of the way. They handled her questions, her hovering, and her "just checking again…" moments like absolute pros. On top of all that, their workmanship and professionalism were next level. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the installation, double-checked everything, and made sure the system was installed perfectly — no shortcuts, no rushing. Every part of the job was clean, organized, and done with real pride. It’s rare to see that level of care in home services nowadays. They also treated our home like it was their own — careful, respectful, clean, and super detail-oriented. You really feel the difference when people take their work seriously. Our new central air system is running perfectly, and the whole experience was so much smoother than we expected because of them. If you’re overwhelmed trying to pick a company (like we were), just call Celco. We’re genuinely glad we did, and we highly recommend them.

Celco did it great again! The company been in business since 1976 and they are simple the best! They installed two air-conditioning systems over the year (2005 & 2023) in my house and two days ago replaced the old boiler with new one. This company does it all- the best pricing, communication, installation, service and follow up after the work is performed. Everyone is very professional and really cares about doing great job to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend Celco for your heating and air-conditioning projects.

Horrible experience…. Approximately 4 weeks ago, They came to my new house for an estimate for a complete new system…. Since then nobody ever got back to me, I have been begging them to give some info, to at least provide me a proposal …. I really wanted to do the project with them, but they just did not care about it…. The only answer I get from them is… "we will get back to you today"…. After 3 weeks I did not receive anything from them. Unbelievable…. I guess they do not care, want or need new clients….. and that’s because I’m a general contractor….

Nick & Josh were great! They kept us informed throughout the process. They were both knowledgeable on the questions we had. It was a pleasure to have them replace our system !
