I called to get the deal I read about: 5 receptacles for $40. Great deal! Dale came out and I had everything ready to go. Well almost. Before they could do the install he had to verify a few things. He said everything looked great except one major concern: the house wasn't actually grounded. He quoted me a fair price and explained how he would go about doing that job first. He also inspected my system to ensure that was the only issue holding us up from moving forward and it is. Everything else checks out. He was fast and thorough and even tho we couldn't do the upgrade today, he still took the time to make sure our system was in good shape and I appreciate that a lot. He was efficient and quick and there was zero pressure to do any work in that moment. He understood the price was higher than I expected and I needed to discuss it with my wife (I thought I was only going to be out $40 lol). All in all, the price checks out and Dale was friendly and thorough with his inspection And explanation. I'll be calling back soon to get the ground situation fixed, then we'll get the swap done.

Excellent service start to finish, from the rep who took the call to the tech who completed the work. All very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, conveying a sense of urgency that assured me that my issue would be addressed promptly, and it was. Matt in particular was great, showing me step by step what he found and how he fixed it. The entire experience made me feel safer and gave great peace of mind. Will definitely recommend, and Gillece will be my first call for future work. Thank you so much!

Can you give 0 stars? Let’s start with not showing up to look at the work the first day causing us to wait around for hours with no response then being late two days later when rescheduled. Next watch their pricing…all we needed was a washer and dryer hooked up where water lines are already present and the electrical outlet is already in place. Then they tried to pressure my wife into signing the iPad on the spot and wouldn’t email the quote electronically. I’m not saying things cost money but these prices ($20k!) are insane and they waste your time.

The representative Robert did a Fantastic job. He was very respectful and knew exactly what he was doing. I rate him 100% and would recommend him in your company to anyone that needs it. it did not take him no time to disconnect my old gas stove and to connect the new one.

Great experience! Ron was super helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. He was very honest and efficient. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything. Thier special: Tune-up for $55 was worth every penny! Great job!

My furnace was making a loud noise & heat quit working. Gillece was right on it when I called. Came same day to look at unit. Back here next day to install and my AC unit was old so we did a package deal. I asked about coupons, found rebate for $500 senior citizens. Gas company gives $200, AC gives $100, & my new dehumidifier gives $25. All for Energy Star units. The techs were Great & knowledgeable! Really nice men. Took 2 full days to install everything and they never quit working. Checked both Furnace, AC unit, & the new thermostat. All work Perfect ! They shop vacuumed up after themselves & left my area cleaner than when they started. Kudos to George, Tim, Bob, & Dave. Thank you ! Job Well Done & I have heat again.

This company scams people. They pay people to give 5-star reviews by discounting service. Just a heads up. They are also not endorsed by the Better Business Bureau and have been brought to court MANY times for poor service and false advertising. We called them about an HVAC issue, and Ron decided to walk through our house "to see if anything else needed fixing". He then sold us a new water heater and a major plumbing repair to the tune of 24k. During the repair, the servicement cracked a water main which started pouring water through our walls and floor the next day. We called them as soon as we found it, and they first denied any responsibility for the issue and then still have not come out to fix the problem (even though "their work is under warranty for a year"). We've had to hire a separate plumber to come out and fix the issue. Further, because of the delay in getting back to us, we had structural damage to our home which we'll now have to fix. This is shown in the pictures below. Absolute garbage service, would absolutely not recommend anyone use them.
