I’m pretty sure they have superpowers because they found plumbing issues that were basically invisible to us mere mortals. Not only did they make sure everything was working perfectly, but they did it with great humor, patience, and professionalism. They went above and beyond—explaining things clearly, fixing what needed fixing, and even giving us peace of mind that everything was in top shape. It’s rare to find people who care as much about your home as you (the homeowner) do, but these guys nailed it. George with Spot On showed up Friday with his apprentice and inspected a leaking drain pipe in my home's crawl space. They were quick in giving me the full run down of the repairs needed to fix the problem, which included more corroded pipe in the same area that I hadn't caught. Come Monday, they were back to perform the repairs and replacement, removing all the corroded cast iron pipe and replacing it with new Schedule 40 PVC. The job was completed in less than a day, and the workmanship was well done. While replacing any removed sheetrock is not part of their work requirements, that is an easy thing to repair myself, so no worries there. I even had a few questions that came to mind about the method used to support the new pipes when looking at the photos they took of the completed work. George was happy to answer those questions and leave me very satisfied with the overall job. That being said, I am very happy with the work done and definitely recommend Spot On plumbing for at least any drain repair like mine.

Hayden explained everything throughly and listened to all my questions. Identified the slab leak quickly, explained the way it could be fixed without busting the slab. They shut it off, repaired the line all in a matter of hours, not days. So impressed with Hayden and the owners, Brandon and Caitie. Not to mention, the cost was very reasonable for the issues. This is a true local business that deserves support from community.

Ryan and Easton installed a new tankless water heater in my home. They were both beyond professional, courteous, polite, respectable, knowledgeable and hard working guys. I was overly impressed with both of them. Could not have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend Spot On Plumbing!

Unfortunately my plumbing repairs took a little longer than expected. But these guys stayed and worked all evening in the freezing cold to get the job done. Very professional and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend this company- these guys were amazing!!!

We were absolutely lucky to have George Stanford with Spot on plumbing helping his friend to hang our Christmas lights last weekend. During the install he smelled gas by our meter. He told me he was a plumber and showed me the area and I also smelled the gas. I called his office the next morning. Long story short, he came out with his plumbing tools and verified the leaks which he showed me bubbling around several joints of the meter. Replaced those parts and cleaned it up to look like new. He then came in and checked all appliances which were fine until he got to the tankless water heater in the garage. To our surprise, there was a burn place in the cover and it was hot! The inside was even worse. To make a long story short, he replaced this mess after his boss brought out the new parts and the tankless water heater. He worked tirelessly and replaced all of it even correcting some other issues. The tankless water heaters aren’t cheap but George saved us from what could have been 2 very dangerous situations because he just happened to be here hanging those Christmas lights and cared enough to bring these problems to my attention. I am so impressed with him, his work and Spot On Plumbing company I will always use them and recommend them to everyone I know.
