I was led to Zenner and Ritter as my 3rd quote. I found them by using their online quoting, on Facebook, which did give me a quote, but it wasn't accurate. I was followed up with Jimmy, who came out and assessed our system. He was very open to questions and making it a great experience. Zenner and Ritter was also The lowest quote using comparable equipment and brand recognition. The quote was a bit off when I called to ask some more questions, but the price was basically the same after it went up and down with the adjustments. The technician showed up in the morning after the appointment was booked. Overall it was a great experience, however the unit arrived damaged and it wasn't replaced until I pointed out the damage and that I wasn't comfortable with it. I called the office and they had another unit to replace it with, so the technician left to get another unit for me. I would have like the technician to proactively point out the damage, but ultimately it was addressed and I was satisfied.

Great friendly crew. Cordial. Explained everything well and addressed my own mechanical curiosity without seeming annoyed. Looks great. They tested everything and helped my husband set up the phone app. This is how a business should be ran!

I scheduled an HVAC maintenance check and tune-up. The invoice said "surface cleaning of outdoor condenser coils" was included, but it’s clear the tech never even took off the grates. You can tell that’s old dust/pollen based on the color of it. So I basically paid $200 for them to change my air filter using one I already had and tell me everything looked fine. Now they won’t stop blowing up my phone with sales calls and texts. Definitely won’t be using them again. EDIT: 10/14/2025. This company uses fake reviews. Look at the flood of 5 star reviews that came in almost immediately after I posted this. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Dominic was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in testing every component of the heater to diagnose the problem. He was able to give me a quote and schedule the repair even on a Saturday. The communication from this company before during and after a call is phenomenal and you talk to actual people! I highly recommend this company. So far the pricing has been very competitive and no surprises.

Called Zenner and Ritter When furnace went down over the last couple days. Immediate response with a decision to replace an older furnace. Jimmy Bird presented three options the best fit The cubic footage is of apartment that was to be heated. Knowledgeable and his answers in terms of add-ons regarding filtering and fitting the new furnace with air conditioning. That’s already there. The next day the company was there and the furnace installed by 5 o’clock. A nice quality Lennox furnace at a fair price with Various financing options. The only problem I ran into which was Minor was having to deal with the virtual assistant that they use when calling. I called back. It was always directed to their virtual assistant who said they would get back to me soon. They did get back to you soon. I’d rather just talk to the person

Our 30+ year old furnace was failing. Greg confirmed and suggested options for replacement. No hard sell. He was great making sensible recommendations. We had a new furnace up and running within 5 days. Good professional company. Very responsive and reliable. Shows up right on schedule.
