Premier 1 Plumbing, Inc.

We needed a tankless water heater replacement and I was worried it would turn into a big construction project. The installer handled venting, condensate, and the gas line upgrade like it was routine. He mounted the unit cleanly, labeled the shutoffs, and showed me how to descale it when it’s time for maintenance. He even registered the serial number for the warranty right in front of me. Reclaiming that corner of the garage made the space feel organized again. Hot water is now basically on demand, and the unit is surprisingly quiet. The final walkthrough covered safety, efficiency settings, and error codes so I feel confident using it. Start to finish, it was professional and efficient.

My shower kept losing pressure out of nowhere and I couldn’t figure out why. The plumber checked everything and found buildup inside one of the old pipes. Took him less than an hour to clean it out and replace a small piece that was rusted. He tested the water a few times just to be sure before leaving. Everything’s running smooth again. I appreciated that he kept things simple and didn’t make it a huge deal. Real straightforward kind of service.

I’m always cautious about calling plumbers, but this experience changed my mind completely. The crew replaced a section of pipe and cleaned the drains so fast it barely felt like a repair job. The work was clean and quiet, and they even followed up later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I’m definitely keeping them on my list.

The team came out to Pasadena and handled a tricky plumbing issue that had been bothering us for weeks. They showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it repaired by afternoon. The water pressure is finally perfect again and everything looks cleaner than before. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process.

In my West Hollywood apartment, the shower pressure dropped suddenly and I had no idea why. The plumbing team came in, inspected everything, and found buildup in the lines. They cleaned it out and restored the water flow better than it had been in years. The technician explained the process in a way I could understand, which made me feel confident about the service

Had a backup under the kitchen sink that kept coming back no matter what I tried. Called this local plumber in Burbank and they showed up the same afternoon. They figured it out fast and showed me how the old line was sitting uneven. Fixed it clean and made sure nothing leaked before leaving. What I really liked was how they didn’t rush or try to upsell anything. The place was spotless when they left and the sink drains perfectly now.

It has always been a good experience dealing with Premier 1 Plumbing. I own apartments and two homes and whenever I call them for any plumbing problems, they are very responsive, prompt and professional. I called Kevin and he arranged to have Jesse come to one of my apartments to in less than two hours. Jesse cleared the drain in a fast and efficient manner. My tenant was impressed with their service. Jesse then came to my home to install a bidet. Again, he was efficient and professional in his work. Premier 1 Plumbing provides great service at reasonable prices!
