I recently hired The Water Heater Tech, and couldn't be happier with Mario service. Mario was professional, punctual and explained everything in a clear, honest way. What really stood out was his pricing -- very competitive compared to other companies I contacted, with no hidden fees. It's great to find a plumber who offers high-quality work at a fair price. Mario replaced my old tank water heater quickly and efficiently. He explained the process clearly, arrived on time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very friendly, professional, and respectful of my home—he even cleaned up after the job. Excellent service and great workmanship. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work.

My water heater broke on a Friday night and I contacted Mario (owner) about getting it replaced. He gave a fair price and the following morning he came over and replaced the unit. I inquired about the costs with about a dozen different water heater specialists. Mario’s estimate was cheaper than most of his competitors and he was the only one available or willing to come next day (Saturday). Mario was very responsive with my questions and concerns. No problems whatsoever. Everything was straight forward and easy. We are very pleased with Mario’s work. He did a great job and left the area clean. Also, he was very nice and professional. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family when they need help with their water heater or plumbing needs.

Mario was a huge help in installing our tankless water heater system in a timely manner and at a great price point. He was professional, on time and happily answered all of our questions. Mario was so professional, very knowledgeable and responsive. We had an issue with our water heater expansion tank and the pressure release valve that was so old. He was able to come give us a quote and get the job done all in a matter of a couple hours. We are so grateful for him. He was so kind and positive the entire time. We will definitely be contacting him for future work.
