Sherlock Plumbing, Heating & Air

Wilbur, our technician, was fantastic! He fixed our backed up drain very quickly and very thoroughly! He also gave us other options for a more permanent fix, which we will certainly do in the near future. The price was amazing and overall a great experience! We will definitely be using your company again! I am thrilled to find a reliable, Knowledgeableand trustworthy plumber.

Johnny was prompt, very professional and respectful. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our plumbing concerns and gave us good reasonable recommendations. It was a pleasure talking with him and his customer service was beyond reproach. Mauzy is fortunate to have an employee with such good character and work ethic. We are very pleased.

Sherlock provided outstanding service from start to finish. Despite being located an hour away, they offered same-day service and accommodated my schedule perfectly. They thoroughly inspected my French drains, explained the issue clearly . Their customer service and professionalism truly set them apart. Highly recommended.

I had the nicest experience today with Arturo the tech. He was so darned cheerful & nice from his introduction and then on to being very professional. He provided fast service and took the time to explain about plumbing and your service. He’s really a very nice person and I appreciate having someone like him come into my home.

This is the second time I have used Mauzy plumbing. My plumber Eduardo, was an absolute professional. He was incredibly good at his work, went above and beyond. Eduardo was so friendly, helpful and communicative. He took care to do the job to the highest standards. I highly recommend the company because of Eduardo and the staff at the office. Thank you.

Joshua Kennerson repaired a copper pipe leak for us and also recommended a water treatment system that we agreed on and would prevent the type of corrosion that results in these pinhole leaks. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He also loves his job and you can tell from the care and quality of his work.

We had a whole house water filtration system installed . Jace did a terrific job and explained everything he did. He also fixed my tankless water heater that was having an error code that was not completely addressed in the owners manual after I tried to fix it myself. I would recommend Jace and Mauzy to my friends and neighbors. I’m very satisfied!
