I’ll admit that my first experience with 24/7 involved some confusion around an evaporator coil, and I wasn’t sure what to expect going forward. But giving them another chance turned out to be the right decision. Every technician I’ve worked with since — including Leif — has been courteous, knowledgeable, and straightforward. And when I needed help sorting out my earlier concerns, Natalia and the management team handled everything with genuine care and integrity. Because of the way they treated me, both in the field and in the office, I feel confident staying with 24/7 as a long-term customer.

Travis was fantastic! He explained things in a way that I could understand and ensured that I didn't just take his word for it but showed me and took pictures of the problems with my unit along the way. He was thorough and very professional from beginning to end. Unfortunately, he had to give me news that resulted in my conclusion that it was time to put my 20 y/o unit out to pasture. Even with that he was compassionate and truly worked to find me helpful solutions. Travis' expertise, professionalism, communication skills and compassion is to be sought after in this line of work. He's definitely a keeper if you asked me! It was a pleasure working with him.

I had an amazing experience with Fix-it 24/7. Travis and Keenan were my techs. My gas furnace stopped working, and their team came out right away. I couldn't find his name in the employee list but Austin came to my families home and did a fantastic job. He was very nice and polite. I was most impressed with how he made sure to check the specifics rather than just doing a quick overview of the system. Because of this I feel more assured I wont be spending thousands of dollars on repairs any time soon. Thank you Austin and the Fix-it 24/7 company.

Austin Bond did an excellent job! He came out to perform a very thorough AC flush and went above and beyond.
