Smoaks was grea! Professional, on time and thorough. The noise we questioned was absent at visit but they assured us if it comes back take a video so they can hear it. Zach fro Smoak’s Comfort Control conducted the semi-annual maintenance on all of our systems. We appreciate the fact that he took his time to do the work, and did not rush the process. Zach was very diligent and detail-oriented. He is an extremely nice and courteous person who respected our house when doing his work. Very happy with him and Smoak’s!
Javon Jones performed our prevented maint check from Smoaks Heating and AC. Javon was on time, professional, and did his checks in a deliberate fashion. He ended is maint check by reviewing his findings and recommendations with me. He is exactly what you want as Technician! I will request him again next visit.
