Martin and Billy unclogged my apartment sink today, and it was the quickest, most efficient, and most personable plumbing experience I've ever had. I'm often a little socially awkward having plumbers and other similar professionals in my space, but these two made me feel so completely at ease. They got in, got the job done, and got out all while being cheerful, friendly, and just overall cool guys. 10/10, would (and will) recommend to anyone I know who runs into plumbing problems. You guys are great at what you do!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had Martin and Billy from Battlefield Plumbing come out to clear a major kitchen drain clog that had built up with years of grease. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and really took their time to make sure the job got done right. They explained everything they were doing, kept me updated, and worked hard the entire time. Even though it was a tough job, they didn’t give up and got the line flowing again. I really appreciate their effort and honesty great guys and solid service. Would definitely recommend Battlefield Plumbing and especially Martin and Billy.

Service tech was there first thing the next morning and was knowledgeable of the issue. Fixed it and left area clean within an hour. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to everyone. Also, want to acknowledge the ladies in the office Leanne and Benita were very friendly and very patient with me.

I don’t regularly write reviews but this company did such an amazing job on my water heater and sump pump that malfunctioned at the same time due to high volume of rain over the last few weeks. The office lady Benita was very sweet and helpful. Chris, Jared, Matt, and Ian all came out to the house to fix everything. They were very sweet and easy to talk to. Super patient with my lack of knowledge and explained the entire process to me. Gave me options in detail and didn’t try to upsell anything. I called the after hours line once to ask a question and they were very helpful. They explained that it wasn’t an emergency and they could be out to fix it in the AM so I didn’t have to pay time and a half for after hours services. They did a great job at calming my anxiety. I am very grateful and impressed by the service provided. Thank you all for working with me.

We have used Chattanooga and Battlefield plumbing twice and both times have been exceptional! We replaced all our plumbing the first time we used them and they were prompt, thorough, and left our house spotless when they were done! We recently had a disposal backup issue that needed some attention. Billy and Martin were amazing! They were kind and very informative with what they were doing and why. Our dogs loved them too! We will use this company for all needs in the future!

Jared and Mitchell came out today and fixed my water heater, they were efficient, and explained everything. They were very knowledgeable and affordable! Highly recommend!
