Never used this company, never will. 2 days ago, on the 14th of January, I was nearly hit by one of the techs in the companies truck who was using his phone while on 264. Never indicated they were changing lanes and was about 5 inches away from hitting the full drivers side of my car had I not swerved away.

Moved into a brand new house in October 2024. Two of the three toilets were "running" and needed adjusting. My project manager gave me the contact info for Central Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they scheduled a time to come and make necessary adjustments. The crew showed up during the scheduled time frame. They were courteous and professional. Made the necessary adjustments in about 20 minutes. Everything has been fine since. I was very satisfied with their service.

I contacted Central Plumbing and Heating for a new tankless hot water problem. I wanted him to remove the filter, to check for debris, because of low water volume He arrived on time, removed the filter, which was partially blocked. He cleaned it and reinstalled it. Very good experience. Listened to my concerns. Will definitely use them again.

On Friday called regarding a newly constructed home that we had just moved into. We called to report that the main bathroom had a leak in the tub faucet. The faucet worked until you turned on the shower at which point water came from everywhere except the shower (the tub faucet had water coming from everywhere including behind the wall behind the faucet). A major leak. We explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, and she said she would have someone come out on Monday. He came as scheduled and said that the work order he received was the water pipes were loud. Definitely a different problem. Thankfully he had the necessary parts in his truck and was able to repair it in a few minutes. He gets a 5+, she gets a -1. If you cannot relay messages appropriately, that's a problem.

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.

The gentleman that came to flush the Tankless Water Heater did a good job flushing the Heater. He then fixed a problem with my sink I was not aware of. It took him about 45 minutes to fix the sink. I regret I did not tip him. If he stops by I will give him one.

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
