Russell’s Heating and HVAC installed a whole home generator, the Electricians worked diligently and kept me informed throughout the installation. Preston was especially helpful installing the gas lines through the attic to connect to the generator. All personnel were professional, kind and polite. We are so pleased with our generator installation

I’d been having issues with my HVAC system and called Russell’s American Mechanical. From the first phone call, the team asked the right questions and got me scheduled quickly. When technician Justin Skovinski was on the way, I received a text with his picture, service rating, and a live tracker. I loved this feature — so many companies say they’ll keep you updated, but Russell’s actually does. Justin also called to confirm, which was a great touch. After checking my system, he clearly explained the issues and gave me options without any pressure. I decided to move forward with a new system, and they were able to schedule the install just a few days later. On install day, I received the same helpful text updates. Brandon "Yeti" Haywood and his coworker were fantastic. They were friendly, respectful, and I felt completely safe with them in my home. They explained everything as they worked, kept me updated, and treated my home with care. They even cleaned so well you couldn’t tell anyone had been there. When they checked the airflow at the end, I realized I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a solid HVAC system before . I’m ready for winter now and looking forward to a lower power bill. I'd been hearing a rattling noise behind my bathroom wall. I wasn't sure if it was plumbing or an animal of some kind. The technician thoroughly investigated, going into the attic and everything. He ended up cutting a small section from the wall to further investigate. He was able to identify the source of the noise. I appreciate him going the extra mile. We were prepared to pull out a wild animal of some kind, but thankfully, that was not the case. I was able to cover the hole until I can get it properly repaired.

The technician, Shayvon, it was very friendly and courteous. He was very thorough and told us everything he was doing for our annual maintenance and even sent videos. When he was stuck in traffic he communicated that he was going to be a little bit late. Very good service.

This company and this team has treated us right. First was Isaiah, maintenance check, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything very well. Even though he had some tough news homeowners sometimes hear. Time to replace….furnace and HVAC. Fast forward to today, Brandon (Yeti…) and Mikey, really good install team. Also professional, efficient, they worked hard and got the install done. Will definitely stick with Russel’s…for my requirements in the future.

He meticulously explained the process and ensured that the work was completed within the agreed timeframe. Furthermore, the replacement products were of exceptional quality.
