My gaspack had to be replaced and John with the company came to my residence and provided me a proposal which was competitive with other quotes I had received. John was very friendly and professional and did not pressure me to accept the proposal. After considering for a few days and having used the company before, I decided to accept the proposal. I spoke with John about my decision and arrangements were made for the installation to be done on the following day. The mechanic, Don, and helper, Peyton, appeared at my residence promptly the next day and performed the installation in a very timely fashion (and faster than I had anticipated). Don and Peyton answered all of my questions in a manner I could understand, appeared very knowledgeable and were very professional in the way they performed the installation.

Miles came out today to install three toilets. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. The install job was amazing. Awesome workmanship! I had been looking for a reliable plumber and can honestly say, Miles is the one. Thank you so much!

On Wednesday, 10/15/25 I had a new HVAC installed, set-up and checked out by Mechanic REX and Helper ERIC. Their attitude, knowledge and workmanship was exceeding the FIVE star rating to both of these men. What little modification that had to be done was handled in a professional manner. I had a VERY old unit replaced today. The whole process with Smith & Keene was so easy and smooth. From Chris who came to walk me through what the house needed to my technicians Rex, Eric, Alex, and Najeen, who did an amazing job. Very professional and talented. They ensured even the smallest detail was taken care of. I will definitely call Smith & Keene again for my future projects.

Jacob Tanner was excellent. The installation was somewhat difficult, in an old house with lots of brick but he was very resourceful and came up with solutions. Unbelievably hard working crew in the heat.

recently had an issue with my AC unit and needed the heat exchanger replaced. Robert from Smith & Keene came out promptly and delivered exceptional service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly explained what needed to be done before getting right to work. The replacement was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. You could tell Robert knew exactly what he was doing, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
