Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nothing better than a clean unobstructed sink. My kitchen and bathroom sinks would not drain. Called Tom Drexler, had an apt, left early form work and they called me 45 mins after they were supposed to be there to help me and said they were busy so they would see me Monday. I was beside myself. So I called Roto-Rooter. Chad and Kenneth showed up 45 mins later and took care of a nasty clog. They were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Those two earned a customer for life for Roto-Rooter with exceptional customer service. Today went from a bad day to a good day thanks to Roto-Rooter, Chad and Kenneth!!! 100% recommend!

Brian came out on Thanksgiving Day and was pleasant, professional, and super friendly! So easy going and clear with his words. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful! He fixed our basement drain backup in a timely manner! It was a pipe that gradually clogged over time. We felt he was excellent at his craft and we were confident in his work. He explained everything well. He was very knowledgeable about how drains connect and we were quickly able to find out that half of the house was not affected so we could flush toilets. The service was excellent!

Our water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon, and Roto-Rooter had a technician here within an hour. Warren was great! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matt detected the leak in the hall bath toiket tank which had caused the collapse of the powder room ceiling downstairs. He recommended an efficient toilet for replacement. After I got the new toilet, he installed it, checked everything. It works well and most importantly "no leaks". Matt is a great professional, prompt, reliable and respectful. He gave me a lot of tips. And I will be signing up for the annual inspection of all plumbing related appliances.
