My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Recue Rooter of Portland from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician, Richard Coldwell came out the same day that we called and was right on time. Richard was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection of 3 of our bathroom sinks, two which were not draining. Pricing was transparent and Richard gave us several options for later work. We would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

We had a drain back up and were having related flooding issues in our garage. We called at night, and Jordan and Kyle came the next day. They arrived closer to the beginning of the quoted time range which was very much appreciated due to our own schedule. Bottom line is they did a great job taking care of our issue and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need future plumbing help. Highly recommend!

Reasonable pricing. The guy felt honest and helpful. He was not pushy and he seemed to really know what he was doing. I will definitely use this company in the future. I had a clogged sink and he fixed it very quickly.

Vanja was out today to clean my gutter drain. Very professional and courteous, he quoted the price and then began work with the large, diesel driven jet cleaner. Amazing! The underground drain was cleared in no time, making me very happy. Great clean up after and top notch customer service. I'll definitely call these guys again if I have a clog. Best money I ever spent.

Out of five phone calls asking for help to clear our kitchen sink drain which clogged on Thanksgiving day, Rescue Rooter was the only company that responded. They had a great knowledgeable plumber here within just a few hours who arrived when we were told he would. Our kitchen sink drain works great and the dishes are done!

They came out same day, even though it was a later call. They fixed the toilet and tub, and were helpful throughout the whole process. Explaining the cost of what it would take to complete both, or one alone. They were clean, organized and friendly.
