I am extremely pleased with the service I received from ARS/Rescue Rooter. Corey went over and above 'the call of duty' to get my loan pulled through the system. The technician Jason was amazing. The job he did to remove my old water heater and to install a new water heater, as well as an expansion tank, was faultless. He knows what he's doing and does it very well! I also want the thank John H for the detailed inspection and the preparation of the quote which allowed the technician to be well prepared for the job to be done.

The technician Kenneth that came out to snake my main drain out was AWESOME, professional, friendly, thorough, and fast. He knew is job very well. He gave me a few tips and suggestions. Along with answering my five hundred questions. NO MESS WHAT SO EVER! The other two gentlemen that came to put run the camera were AWESOME also! I do not recall their name but they also knew their job very well. I can't thank them and ARS Rescue Rooter for the 5 star job they did. After 30 years plus of my mom and I dragging a heavy ass snake from the big box store down in the basement every year, this was a HUGE relief! We can't be more happy with ARS Rescue Rooter's service and price. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN COMPETE WITH THEIR PRICES OR SERVICE!

The two technicians, Bob and Anthony worked harmoniously together. They covered all of the cupboards and blocked off other areas, so they wouldn’t get concrete dust on them. They left the house very clean and did a fabulous job, locating and repairs the underground water leak.

We assumed Sam was very good! He explained what the issue was and options to address it. We had another plumber come and assess our issue and his diagnoses was completely different! We wasted $600 and issue was not resolved until this new plumber came and fixed it! They should train all their employees appropriately before sending them to a clients home!!

The worker came in and got to work right away. I left for a minor surgery and my husband stayed with him. When I came back 2 hrs later, he was gone. He had removed the old water heater and installed the new one, and had cleaned up after himself. I was impressed.

Your worker was excellent at his job, he explained everything he had to do. He cleaned up after himself and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend your business to everyone I know. Got service the very same day I called, within the hour.

From shopping through install took 24 hours. Work was meticulously done and I’m very happy with the outcome. Only room for improvement was the sales person doing the estimate. He did the estimate based on photos rather than in-person and wrote in the installer instructions that I refused a pressure release valve even if it was judged necessary. We had never discussed it. Fortunately water pressure in the home did not require it, but that would have been an unexpected $500 addition to the cost.
