John was very respectful, friendly, polite and professional! He thoroughly explained every detail in the process, and multiple times without any hesitation. Answered all of our questions with real personal and professional feedback. We felt he had our best interest at heart and we could fully trust him. 150% recommended and wish he could be our service tech for every service ended! He replaced our furnace control panel and even cleaned up a sad tape job from someone previous. Luckily that was all that was required to get it up and running. Wonderful experience.

Big cat saved our Christmas! We had been quoted thousands of dollars, and even had several companies deny doing work on our house saying the job was too big. But along came big cat!!! They were happy and excited to do the work for an extreemly reasonable price. and then! On the day they came.to do the repairs, they found a much simpler and cheaper solution. They were upright, reasonable, and extreemly friendly.

Big Cat has done several plumbing jobs at my house and were always on point. Recently, Coby and Sam came out to install a vinyl sewer liner. They were very polite and professional. Also, I spoke with Juli a few times before the work was done. She was really nice and answered all of my questions. Thanks for all of your hard work, Big Cat!

Sean was amazing. He communicated with me very well about when he was going to be there. When Sean got there he was very honest about pricing and how much time it would take. I felt like I had a very personable experience with him. He didn't treat me like I was just another customer on his list. Sean got called out to my house to look at only 1 part on our boiler and ended up addressing other issues that needed to be fixed, while not being pushy about charging me more. Overall I had a wonderful experience with Sean and I would recommend him to everyone!

From start to finish this company went above and beyond. A thorough and honest inspection, super friendly scheduling staff, communication was top notch, and the two men who came and did the work were kind, professional and extremely talented. The work was swift and end result was clean and done very well. I had a pipe leak on the outside of my basement wall so the fix included digging under a cement patio and pipe replacement. 3 days scheduled but only two days needed. Such wonderful team members. I highly recommend and am a lifelong customer now.

Really impressed with Big Cat! I needed a garbage disposal replaced and they did a great job. Warm receptionist, lightning fast appointment response time, solid warranty policy, friendly technicians, and a focus on taking care of customers! I had to call them back to my house for a minor issue with the disposal and they took care of it right away. Highly recommend.
