Excellent customer service! Josh was honest upfront and patiently explained every detail, answered all our questions and provided a range of options with pros and cons. There was no high pressure sales only concern for our needs and satisfaction as customers. The extensive project was done quickly professionally and with great attention to detail. They were patient with my nosy dogs and even cleaned up thoroughly. They walked us through all the details and cautions as the house adjusts to a completely new boiler system. We are thrilled with the new system, the quality work and exceptional service. You won't find more knowledgeable, professional, honest or better quality anywhere else.

I'm a homeowner with a sewer drain pipe that's not exactly easy peasy. Lots of roots due to "off sets" in the line. It was time for the annual pre-emptive clean out to prevent problems over winter. I had received a promotional mailing from Herman's Plumbing & Drains that advertised a drain clean at a much lower cost than my usual outfit would charge me and since I was also in the market for a new water heater, the promo also advertised a sale on those, decided to call Herman's instead. Maybe it was time for a new drain cleaner. Boy, am I ever glad I did. Josh was here for the drain clean on time. I did warn him of my pipe. The pipe fought back. Josh had to return with bigger tools. Not only do I have the cleanest drain pipe in town right now, I also know exactly why I have issues. Josh went above and beyond and not only scoped the line to diagnose exactly where the roots come from and why he needed a different tool but also used the scope to make sure none were left. On top of this, he advised me what could be done to permanently remedy the problem and what the estimated cost would be. All for $59, as advertised on the promo card. The decision to let Herman's handle the installation of my new water heater as well was easy. Again, they were here on time and done in less than 3 hours. Installation was courteous, professional and done right the first time. Any problems? Give us a call, we'll be there same day. And I know I got the best price possible with their price match guarantee. Calling Herman's was the best call I made in a while and they'll be taking care of my drain and plumbing needs from here on out. I really don't see why I should call anybody else and I'm proud to support a locally owned and operated business to boot. Call Herman's and call it done. I'm glad I did.

We had a major blockage at our house that had me seeing $$$ signs. When I called Josh at Herman's Plumbing & Drains they were able to come out and take care of the situation the same day. He talked about my options. I had him scope out the pipes and he presented me with multiple options on how I could proceed. What I really liked was his easy to understand explanation of the pipes in the house with respect to age of the neighborhood and the varying levels of options I could consider. There was no high pressure sales pitch. There was a considerate and thoughtful understanding of our situation and an easy to understand explanation of the options.
