We had our shower drain fixed about a week ago, and it’s been working perfectly since. I definitely recommend this plumbing company! Tony was very nice and took the time to explain everything while he worked. He also left the area spotless afterward. Great work and great organization — definitely deserving of 5 stars. I would gladly book with them again.

My washing machine valve was leaking so I could not get a new one delivered. Tyler came and spent time fixing the valve and did a great job. So I got my washing machine delivered the next day. Thanks.

Outstanding service! A major mobile home leak disaster! Tyler showed up, clean and courteous and fixed what needed fixed so I could tuen the water back on to my home, then went the extra mile to help walk me through what is going to be no doubt a wallet draining experience for me, as I will be replacing carpet/flooring and doing repairs to the underside of my home myself. He had lots of good advice and helpful hints on what to focus on next, and I likely will call again once this impossible level of catastrophe is reduced back to the re-installation process of the job. My sense of overwhelming doom has been reduced to merely mild panic! Thanks Tyler!

I called the company on Halloween 2025 with a kitchen sink issue that others couldn’t solve. They accepted the job and gave me a short wait time plus arrived on time. Good so far…. Tony the plumber diagnosed the issue (which wasn’t easy) and fixed it in less than an hour at an incredible price! Thanks to Tony our kitchen sink issues are over!

1 Tom Plumbing did an exceptional job for me after a nasty sewer backup in my basement. I was treated, as was my property, with respect. Everything was explained to me as it happened. I was shown the video, so I could see exactly what caused the backup and how it was resolved. Every person I spoke with was kind, appreciative of my time and efforts, and I could see this was a team effort on their part, sharing pride in a job well done. They coordinated with PuroClean, who came after to clean after the backup. They did a magnificent job...ditto all the above. An air scrubber was left overnight to clean the air of cleaners used, appreciated due to respiratory concerns. I spent 2 weeks trying to clean up, and it proved too difficult. I am so grateful to have gotten such wonderful help for a fair price. Both companies were recommended by friends who had used them. Don't hesitate to call them. Thank you, 1 Tom Plumbing!

I loved my previous plumbers and they unfortunately are no longer in business so I tried 1-Tom. The receptionist was awesome and it was easy to schedule. I just needed a leaky shower head addressed and my hose was stuck on my outdoor spigot. I was never given an estimate before the work was done like they had said. And a few hours later I had a shower that didn't drip but also no longer got warm, a semi flooded basement, and a large bill (double what my previous plumber would've charged). The hose was removed with force that broke the indoor pipe. I understand this can happen but the plumber acted as if it was preexisting. He did fix it but I had to throw away 4 large contracting bags of valuables from my basement and spent hours drying and salvaging the rest. There was no assistance or advice given in terms of getting the water off the floor and fans blowing on the walls to prevent mold. Also initially he said it was fixed but it was still dripping however he did eventually actually fix it. Then after he left and I spent more time cleaning up I went to shower and realized it didn't get warm. The receptionist was once again very friendly and the plumber returned that day and fixed it. But it seemed like a very rookie mistake to make. Not something for which I'd just payed nearly $500. This appointment truly left me feeling a little robbed and whiplashed and definitely still in need of finding a new plumber
