After buying a new washer, I had the installers tell me I needed to replace some pipe fixtures in order to install the washer. I called a contractor friend and he recommended Bergsma Plumbing. They were able to come the next day and Matthew did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and quickly fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and speed, 10/10 would recommend.

Brittany was awesome. Called them in the morning and they got someone out the same day to fix the problem. She was very honest and helpful. The overall communication with the Bergsma team was excellent and kept me updated throughout the day. As someone who is new to the area, I am very thankful I found a place that is trustworthy and does a great job. Will always use them and recommend them in the future.

Excellent, professional -- and stress free -- experience from beginning to end. My water heater failed and I knew I needed a new one. Called the office. Paula expeditiously scheduled a team -- Michael and Matt to assess the situation and provide options. That was done on Day 1. The next day Michael and Matt installed my new water heater and repaired a small leak they discovered. Paula then called and scheduled Alan to assess a clogged basement floor drain. The next day that drain was unclogged. Here's what makes all the difference: Each person was professional, friendly, excellent at communicating, and respectful. I also really appreciated the technicians' willingness to give recommendations for preventive/maintenance steps and answer all my questions. The quality of my interactions with each team member and their respective integrity allows me to trust Bergma with my future plumbing needs. Critically important to me as an older woman. I am grateful.

Our kitchen sink started draining at a severely slow rate. Bergsma Plumbing had come up in conversation a few times at work, so I gave them a call. We had an appointment scheduled the next day. Alan arrived on time. He had lots of questions when he was assessing the problem. He put together a plan and thoroughly explained the possible outcomes that he might encounter and the approximate costs of each. Less than 30 minutes later he had successfully snaked out our drain and fixed our issue. Alan was very professional. You could definitely tell he knew what he was doing. He was very courteous, efficient and even cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job Alan! That sink had been draining slow for quite a while. Wish we would have known Bergsma would be so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Chris was incredibly friendly, professional and punctual. The home office communication was accurate on his ETA and heads up window. Chris was welcoming to our dogs, completely explained his process, diagnosis and was efficient with his time. Chris and Dakota outstanding at performing the work needed. Brittany and Dorian were professional and friendly. They arrived within an hour of my call and provided a timely estimate to replace my hot water heater. They were able to replace my water heater within a few hours and did an exceptional job. I am very pleased. Paula, in the office, made this all happen and I really appreciated her support. I am posting because I had bergsma come out to unclog a pipe. They did not unclog the pipe and then charged me over $600 for diagnostic testing. They were ther for 30 minuets. Which I already knew my pipe was clogged. Spoke with bergsma the next morning, they were going to send out another technician to the home to try again. Since the last technician seemed like he didnt. want to be there since he has his child with him on the call. But because they recieved a bad review they refused to come back out to the home to fix what I already paid for. Way to make it right with your customers. I would not recommend bergsma Edit: Bergsma reached back out and sent another technician out. He unclogged the drain no problem with no extra charge. I appreciate them reaching back out to make it right.
