Had a guest bathroom vanity & sink that was recently replaced … I tried to re-hook up the water and install a new sink stopper but ran into difficulties… called Hiller - the receptionist on the phone was great and Mr. Dwight did a good job finishing off my project - he was kind and told me that my repair attempt "was on the right road." Highly recommend Hiller!

Hiller, can't recommend highly enough. Have had them exclusively for many, many years now. Even when we have had big projects and needed to get estimates, Hiller always comes out on top! Also, techs have always been professional and knowledgable. We are VERY HAPPY HILLER members and have had gas lines installed, pipes replaced, support in frigid weather, and HVAC leak repairs in the past.

We chose Hiller because of their "Happy You’ll Be or the Service Is Free" guarantee, but our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After a July installation, our HVAC system never worked properly. We’ve had multiple service calls over the past three months, each time being promised that the issue was resolved—yet the problems continue. From the "control board moved" to "there was no freon" to being sent a now waived invoice for a leak in the line. Over the summer, my family of five had to sleep together in one room just to stay cool, and now that temperatures are dropping, the heating system is not functioning. It took a senior-level executive’s involvement after we voiced our frustration to even get attention, but despite that, the issues remain unresolved. Hiller has not stood by their quality guarantee or shown accountability for the poor workmanship. We’ve spent months in discomfort and frustration, and at this point, we simply want a refund so that a more reputable and reliable company can redo the installation correctly. I would strongly urge others to think twice before using Hiller. The experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing.

I hired Hiller to come do HVAC winter (furnace) maintenance. James arrived on time and ready to do the inspection/maintenance. He noticed our older unit needed a minor repair and took care of it immediately. Overall very please with his work.

Great job…great service…excellent technicians…could not be happier that we chose to use them for our new AC/Heating unit purchase and installation. They were upfront and honest about cost also and gave us many options to choose from. I would recommend them over and over again!!

Great service, especially when you are in a hurry because it's hot here in town. I placed a call and a technician came in the next day. I was kept informed at all time about my upcoming appointment, and the technician arrived on time. He was courteous, listened to my problem, asked questions, and troubleshoot the system. He then explained very clearly what the situation was, along with the recommended options and additional services. The quotes were clear and I got what I needed. Definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Professional services with a smile! Personnel were on time, and explained their service and thorough. Had systems checked for the upcoming season changes. Dwight (Plumbing), Tyler (Generac), and Darius (HVAC) are Excellent! All did a great job!
